We are a dedicated team of Registered Mental Health Professionals that truly believe therapy is a work of heart. We do this work because we legitimately care and have lived experiences that further serve us in our professional work. We support clients from all walks of life and at various life stages through mental health concerns, physical health concerns, relationship challenges, parenting, life transitions, and so much more!
As of January 2024, we will have an intern starting with us to provide low cost, high value therapy sessions to those with legitimate financial need. To be added to the waitlist click below & send us an email!
With so much gratitude,

We acknowledge with much respect the traditional land of the Anishinaabek, Haudenosaunee, Ojibwe, and many others on whose traditional land we live, work and play. We wish to pay the utmost respect to their elders, past, present and emerging, and acknowledge the crucial and important role First Nations, Inuit and Métis people always have and continue to play within this community. We are committed to try to act on Truth and Reconciliation on every day and in every way possible. We are proud to be able to support our community and firmly believe, all places should be safe spaces for all. Repair requires on-going, meaningful, intentional efforts.
"Reconciliation means finding the courage to look at our past with eyes wide open, unafraid to see our country at its worst, and then, humbly, take steps to heal the damage done. Reconciliation means making real change in our society, our institutions and ourselves."
